Hi friends đčđčđč Today I will be showing you my hand maintenance & natural nailcare routine. I get questions about my hands and nails frequently so I am pleased to show you the steps that I take to keep my hands clean, healthy, and in good condition. I use this routine multiple times per week and always before filming ASMR videos. I hope you find this video relaxing and informative. Apologies for the cuts & time lapses in this video, there are many background noises in the afternoon in my neighborhood. I hope you allow them to aid in your relaxation.

Finally got to watch this, as I've always been fascinated by your hand care rituals. Glad to have an in-depth video. Also perplexed at how you managed to maintain your nail shape without chipping in the following days. I have incorporated your hand exfoliating into my life ever since I learnt that from you HAHA instead of my boyfriend's coffee grounds, its my mom's. Was about to checkout a bunch of acrylics and after watching this, I'm changing my mind. On my way to get a nail brush and a glass file rn instead. Thank you for this, Julia! Julia I feel like I learned so much about you in this video! Attraction to hands, clear vs color preference, preparing hands and arms for filming, and most mind-blowingly that your finger tattoos actually are letters!!! I always thought they were little doll tips. I work in a hospital so my hands are always clean but they don't look great, and the nails on my left hand are short for playing guitar. I don't think I've painted my nails for all of covid.
I've been using a glass nail buffer for the past few months and now I don't even use clear nail polish because the glass buffer works so well
